John has been involved in full time professional football for fifteen years. Starting at Nottingham Forest his career has included spells with Lincoln City and currently at Cheltenham Town where he is club captain.

John’s coaching experience has been gained throughout his career with Lincoln City (football in the community), Cheltenham Town’s centre of excellence and Premier Sports Coaching in Gloucestershire. John has successfully taken and passed the FA level 1 and FA level 2 coaching qualifications.

Having been involved in pro football since leaving school, John remains very enthusiastic about the game and is enjoying the opportunity of passing on his experience and knowledge to the next generation of football lovers!
